Lights of the World brightens Phoenix for another holiday season

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Arizona State Fairgrounds in Phoenix. The Lights of the World opened for the season this past weekend. The attraction has more than 10 million lights and 65 displays.
